She means: You're screwed.

She means: You'd better NOT!

She means: OF COURSE I'M FRIGGIN' UPSET!
When she says: I heard a noise.
She means: I noticed that you were almost asleep. Get up.
When she says: How much do you love me?
She means: I did something you're not going to like. (And you may want to get the checkbook ready.)
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE:
When she says: Am I fat?
She means: Tell me I'm beautiful!
